Bruce Lee: The Art of Expressing the Human Body is all about Lee’s philosophy for self expression. His way was through martial arts. He saw himself as a family man and martial artist first and foremost. This book spends a majority of the time exploring Lee physical training with some stories thrown in. Fun Fact: Lee was doing HIIT training before it was cool.
Zen on the Trail is a nice discussion of finding zen while on the hiking trail but also shows us how to apply those lessons to our daily lives. Ives is a Buddhist master and uses his knowledge to weave stories and lessons together into complete chapters.
